(In my opinion it was too early for him to retire but illness forced him into it. He has made a miraculous recovery but can't go back since he was medically boarded and apparently that is that:-) Wish I could persuade him to get a bike!ArtPropelledhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15853722164314994360noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31082363.post-78919780022622677722010-01-04T10:58:14.993+00:002010-01-04T10:58:14.993+00:00Thank you for the greetings, folks.

Interesting that it was printed on "precious" green paper. The Chinese consider green to be an unlucky colour. I doubt if you will ever see a traditional Chinese figure portrait wearing green.
Enjoyed the witty comparison. You in your computer room, Chu in his warm tower. I cannot imagine our "courtiers" at Westminster ever displaying similar devotion.Avushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16512540148378201058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31082363.post-75865224282140468092010-01-03T17:27:15.908+00:002010-01-03T17:27:15.908+00:00Beautiful sentiment for 2010! I have most of her important poetry but not that. Where did it go? Who, coming into contact with her posthumous possessions, might have thought it worth knocking off? I'd like to chat with that person.

As to the lined coat and sunken brazier, here I am in my computer room, wearing a fleece and scarf, the radiator turned off, doing my bit for Mother Earth. I sincerely hope that that the courtiers at the Western Capital (somewhat further west than Po-Chü-I was referring to, I suspect) are aware of my devotion.Roderick Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16828395545197001637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31082363.post-32133635720682868572010-01-02T00:51:31.047+00:002010-01-02T00:51:31.047+00:00That is very cool. That is very cool.Kay Cookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01791873464409271216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31082363.post-83289503730663833612010-01-01T21:15:19.699+00:002010-01-01T21:15:19.699+00:00As it should be...As it should be...herhimnbrynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01182397064631016552noreply@blogger.com
