Word Verification

I am turning word verification back on for your comments, as previous posts seem to be getting inundated with loads of Japanese comments. They may be genuine: they may be adverts. However, since I cannot read them I cannot tell.

Ever since word verification changed from non-pronounceable to pronounceable there's been mild entertainment seeing what Blogger's random letter-generator can come up with. Today, for instance, it's "ingyvin".

Barrett, the important part is to come up with a definition.

A three-year-old stumbling to pronounce the more commonplace word for "locomotive"?

They are certainly spam. I got a few, ran them through the translation engine, and although mangled, they are not personal comments. Safe to delete, report to blogger as spam, and ban from your site.

I got a hundred in one day....which is why I now have to approve all comments ....they attach themselves to anyone else who comments and spread like wild fire.

Hope you re-read the comments from time to time. I bought, at your recommendation, a packet of four Bic Soleil pivots and used the first on the first day of our French holiday (June 5). The second saw action in early July and the third replaced the second this morning. So, one left. Mrs BB has run her hand over my chin and approves. I do too. Thanks for the griff (and there's an aged bit of slang).

BB
Pleased to have been of service to you and Mrs BB. Glad that they work on that craggy old Yorkshire physog!
