The guy who wrote the article on your link Avus was OBVIOUSLY not a fan from way back in the seventies ... like us!
I'd have given the concert 10 stars .... the humanity, humour and sheer depth of his performance just served to show that, despite his critics, his music is NOT depressing ... Sure, it takes us to dark places - they too need to be visited - and by doing so gives us insights into the beauty and humour all around us.
The man is a LEGEND.

How could I possibly disagree in any way. The man is now receiving the international acclaim he has so long deserved. (But we always knew, didn't we?)
Sorry I was so dismissive of him when I was a teenager. But with age I have come to relish his music and his poems. Thanks Pa.
